Jessi Cardello

Jessi Cardello has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jessi started their career at Tufts Health Plan in 2000 as a Sr. Research Analyst, where they developed service-specific trending and created automated processes using Access Databases. Jessi later moved on to become the Manager of Reporting and Contract Research, overseeing a team responsible for analysis, budget projections, and implementation of new industry billing codes.

In 2007, Cardello joined Hallmark Health System, Inc. as a Financial Project Manager. In this role, they supported the organization and its affiliated Physician Hospital Organizations (PHOs) and Independent Physician Associations (IPAs) in improving financial and quality outcomes for managed care contracts.

Jessi then transitioned to a role as a PHO Strategic Project Manager, where they supervised strategic projects and initiatives for Hallmark Health System until 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Cardello worked at athenahealth. Jessi started as a Senior Manager of Client Development, where they directed and assumed responsibility for client services related to athenahealth's population health product. Jessi also worked closely with clients to maximize the population health solution and champion change and innovation. Jessi later became an Account Executive, focusing on advising healthcare organizations on population health strategies and managing relationships with executive leaders.

Currently, Cardello is employed as the Director of Account Management at Arcadia.

Jessi Cardello attended Aquinas from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Business Management. No degree was awarded during this time.
