Diane Morris

Diane Morris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and customer service fields. Currently serving as a Team Leader at Arcadia Settlements Group since December 2008, Diane provides guidance to a team of structured settlement consultants, overseeing claim referrals and team progress. Diane has previously held roles as a Mentor, offering support and advice to mentees, and as a Paralegal and Settlement Associate at Safeco Insurance, where responsibilities included assisting attorneys and managing office operations. Prior experience includes working at Latherow Law Office as a Paralegal, managing litigation case files, and at United Airlines in various customer service roles. Diane holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Paralegal Certification from Generations College, and has completed studies at Columbia College Chicago.
