Kate Henningsen

Kate Henningsen has a diverse work experience. Kate co-founded and served as the COO of Arcadia in 2015. In 2023, they joined Guilds by FirstMark as a member. From 2020 to 2021, Kate was a member of Chief, a private network focused on empowering senior women leaders. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate in Business Litigation at Foley & Lardner LLP from 2012 to 2014, and as an Associate in Complex Litigation at Caplin & Drysdale, Chartered from 2010 to 2012.

Kate Henningsen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Georgetown University. Kate then pursued further education at the University of Oxford, where they obtained an M.A./B.A. degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Kate went on to attend Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus on Law. Additionally, they participated in a study abroad program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Prior to their university education, Kate attended East High School.
