Madelyn Badillo

Madelyn Badillo, MDiv, currently serves as the Lead of Learning and Development at Arcadia, where responsibilities include managing training programs and overseeing Quality Assurance for the Customer Support Team. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead at Madison Trust Company, Bank Teller at M&T Bank, and Teen Life Internship Director at New City Kids. At Nyack College, Madelyn held positions as Admissions Associate, where recruitment activities for the Alliance Theological Seminary were executed, and as Area Coordinator and Writing Consultant, assisting students with writing assignments. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity in Missions/Missionary Studies from Alliance Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Alliance University.
