Owen McIlmail

Owen McIlmail's work experience includes various roles at Arcadia and Thomson Reuters.

At Arcadia, Owen started as a Customer Experience representative in April 2018 and later transitioned to become a Member Experience Associate, specializing in onboarding from July 2018 to June 2019. In June 2019, Owen was promoted to the role of Senior Member Experience Representative and then transitioned to a Team Lead position in November 2021, responsible for Enrollment & Subscription Management in Revenue Operations. Owen's employment in these roles is ongoing.

Prior to joining Arcadia, Owen worked at Thomson Reuters as a Legal Research Associate for Westlaw Court Express from November 2015 to December 2016.

Owen McIlmail obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Radio and Television with minors in Writing and Spanish from Ithaca College (2011-2015). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications related to anti-corruption, data privacy, phishing attacks, and preventing discrimination and harassment from Traliant in 2022.
