Ruben Garcia

Ruben Garcia is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Arcadia, where expertise in utility electricity pricing, distributed energy resources (DERs), and API integration is applied to support the Arc Platform since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ruben served as a Senior Data Analyst at Genability from December 2011 until its acquisition by Arcadia, contributing to projects funded by the Department of Energy's Sunshot Initiative. Earlier experience includes research roles at Schatz Energy Research Center focusing on the feasibility of large-scale renewables and electric vehicle adoption scenarios, as well as positions as a Database Engineer at Systema Software and a Database Administrator at Berkshire Hathaway. Education includes a Master of Science in Environmental Systems from Humboldt State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
