Harvey B. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Harvey is currently the Sales Director for the EMEA & APAC regions at Arcadier Group. Prior to that, they worked at Bioventus, where they held various roles including UK & Ireland National Sales Manager and Senior Territory Sales Manager. Their responsibilities included meeting sales goals, managing key accounts, and developing sales strategies. Harvey also served as an Advisory Board Member for Life Sciences at Royal Holloway, University of London, where they contributed to enhancing the employability of undergraduates and spoke at numerous events. Earlier in their career, they worked at VacSax Ltd as a Territory Sales Manager, achieving impressive sales targets and securing a major contract. Before that, they gained experience as a Laboratory Scientist at Affinity Water, where they conducted medical analysis on water samples and demonstrated strong attention to detail.

Harvey B. completed their education from 2007 to 2011 at Villiers High School, where they pursued their GSCE's. Following that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Greenford Sixth Form where they achieved A Levels. Afterward, they continued their academic journey at Royal Holloway, University of London, from 2013 to 2016, majoring in Biomedical Sciences, General and obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Princess Diana Award for Sport (Rugby) from The Diana Award in May 2010 and Fostering Inclusion and Diversity certification from the Yale School of Management in April 2021.
