Alpa Patel

Alpa Patel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in planning and performance management. Currently serving as Director of Planning and Performance at Arcadis since February 2014, Alpa leads strategic objective achievement through effective schedule management and project deployment, influences stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts, and trains colleagues in scheduling practices. Previous roles include Associate and Planning Consultant positions at Arcadis, where Alpa was involved in establishing the Enterprise Programme Management Office and managing complex multi-disciplinary teams. Alpa's prior experience includes senior planning roles at Pcubed, Certeco, and Foster and Partners, where expertise in resource management, project planning, and stakeholder reporting was demonstrated. Alpa holds a 2:1 Hons degree in Business Information Technology from Kingston University.
