John Boulanger

John Boulanger is a highly experienced professional in the field of hydrology and environmental management, currently serving as Vice President and Client Account Leader at Arcadis since May 2015. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at AECOM, Project Manager at GAI Consultants, Inc., and Lead Hydrogeologist at Kleinfelder, among other positions in various environmental capacities. With a Master of Science in Hydrology from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a B.S. in Environmental Geology from the University of Pittsburgh, John Boulanger possesses a strong academic foundation alongside extensive practical experience in the industry.
