Kendrick Cox

Kendrick Cox currently serves as the Vice President and Global People Director for the Places GBA at Arcadis, where responsibilities include overseeing the global people strategy for a $1.6B business unit with over 12,000 employees across 18 countries. Previously, Kendrick held multiple senior HR roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance, including Vice President of Global HR Business Transformation and Vice President of Global HR, where strategic partnerships and transformational initiatives were key focuses. Additional experience includes serving as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer for Walgreens and leading international HR and post-merger integration efforts. Kendrick's career also features HR leadership roles at CNA Insurance and foundational positions at Fannie Mae and Federated Department Stores. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management from The Wharton School and completion of an Executive Education Program in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of Michigan.
