Odete de Paula

Odete de Paula is an experienced facade engineering professional currently serving as an Associate at Arcadis since July 2024. Previously held the position of Associate at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. from May 2021 to June 2024, focusing on failure investigation and repair design, as well as Technical Due Diligence for asset evaluation.
