Shai Fercol

Shai Fercol is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and employee engagement, currently serving as Global Employee Engagement Manager at Arcadis since November 2014. In this role, Shai oversees the global employee engagement and dialogue program, "Your Voice," fostering an inclusive feedback environment. Previous positions at Arcadis include Talent Acquisition Lead, managing recruitment teams across multiple countries, and Global TA Product Systems Specialist, focusing on technology and process improvements in talent acquisition. Shai's career began in recruitment consulting at EDI-Staffbuilders International, and has included roles such as Senior Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and data encoder, providing a strong foundation in recruitment and client management. Shai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a major in Programming from STI College.
