Elaine Kilday

Elaine Kilday is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Global Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Arcadium Lithium since January 2024, Elaine previously held positions at Livent, including FP&A Manager and Finance Business Lead for Special Projects from October 2018 to January 2024. Earlier in Elaine's career at FMC Corporation, which spanned from September 1992 to September 2018, notable roles included Finance Business Lead for Special Projects, Financial Controller, and Management Accountant, among others. Elaine earned a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management from Nottingham Trent University between 1988 and 1992.
