Neil Robertson

Neil Robertson currently serves as Chief Projects Officer at Arcadium Lithium, overseeing capital project delivery from pre-feasibility to start-up while managing HSE, risk, quality, and contracting. Previously, Neil Robertson was the Chief Executive Officer of Neil Robertson Consulting from 2020 to 2024. Neil held multiple leadership roles at Worley between 2005 and 2020, including President of E&C Services for the USGC and Latin America, where responsibility encompassed a regional turnover of A$2.5 billion. Notable achievements include overseeing significant offshore projects, driving revenue growth across multiple locations, and establishing a new energy business line following the acquisition of Jacobs E&C. Neil's career began at Consafe Engineering as Managing Director, leading the company into new markets. Neil holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and has furthered business education at The University of Sydney Business School.
