Ahmed Al Shirawi has worked at Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c) since 2004. Ahmed started as a Trainee Analyst and worked their way up to become a Senior Associate. During their time at Arcapita, they also held the positions of Associate and Analyst. In 2013, they joined Arcapita and took on the role of Principal - Head of Corporate Finance, Financial Management Group. In 2014, they became the Director of the Financial Management Group and Deputy Head of Investor Relationship Management. Since 2017, Ahmed has been serving as the Managing Director at Arcapita.
Ahmed Al Shirawi completed their high school education at Ibn Khuldoon National School in Bahrain from 1998 to 2001, receiving a High School Diploma. Ahmed then pursued their undergraduate degree at King's College London from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management. In 2019, Ahmed undertook an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at the London Business School, which they completed in 2020.
