Udaya Rathnayake

Udaya Rathnayake is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various roles involving systems engineering and administration across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior ICT Systems Engineer at Arcare Aged Care since November 2023, Udaya has previously held positions including IT Security Engineer at Estia Health and Senior ICT System Engineer at Whitehorse City Council. With a strong background at Calvary Health Care in a similar role and earlier experience at The VTS IT Group and Synapsys, responsibilities have encompassed the implementation and management of solutions across diverse technology platforms. Udaya holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing.
