Allen H. Motter

Allen H. Motter has over 30 years of work experience, including roles at ArcBest Corporation, Panther Premier Logistics Inc., United States Army Reserve, and YRC Worldwide Inc. (now Yellow Corporation). Allen H. has served as a Vice President Legal & Risk at both ArcBest Corporation and Panther Premier Logistics Inc., where they were also responsible for corporate secretary duties. Motter retired as a Lt. Colonel from the United States Army Reserve after 26 years of commissioned service. At YRC Worldwide Inc., they were a Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary, and they played a key role in a one billion dollar class action lawsuit as the lead defense attorney.

Allen H. Motter received their college preparatory education at Walsh Jesuit High School from 1979 to 1983. Allen H. went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University from 1983 to 1987. Motter pursued their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the University of Akron School of Law, graduating between 1989 and 1992. In 2002 and 2003, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, completing a Command & General Staff College program.
