Frank Tufano

Frank Tufano has a diverse work experience history. Frank started their career as a Food Runner at Schafers Restaurant in 2011 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Full Time Mover at Liberty Moving & Storage for a few months. Frank then transitioned to iMoveiLive.com, where they served as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager Intern for singer and songwriter Bridgette Perdue. After that, Frank joined ABF Freight in 2015 as a Management Trainee and later became an Operations Supervisor, responsible for supervising terminal workers and ensuring smooth operations. In 2017, they joined ArcBest as an Account Manager, focusing on sales and marketing. Frank was later promoted to Service Center Manager, overseeing terminal operations and customer service. Currently, Frank holds the position of Director Owner-Operator Recruiting at ArcBest, where they are responsible for recruiting and managing owner-operators.
