James Steinheiser III

James Steinheiser III has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as the Director of Enterprise Sales at ArcBest. In this position, they manage a $60 million P&L, develops sales strategies, and fosters key customer relationships. Prior to joining ArcBest, James worked at Panther Premium Logistics, where they held multiple roles. As a Territory Manager, they achieved impressive results by driving revenues, profits, and acquiring new accounts. James also served as a Senior Client Manager, where they independently developed sales strategies and delivered cost savings for customers. Before their time at Panther Premium Logistics, James worked at Suarez Corporation Industries, where they held positions as an Outbound Sales Manager and Shift Supervisor. In these roles, they managed a $40 million P&L, trained and developed sales representatives, and achieved significant sales growth.

James Steinheiser III attended John Carroll University from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
