Lydia Holloway serves as the Director of Customer Experience and Sales Enablement at ArcBest, having progressed through various roles within the company since 2014, including Senior Manager positions in Customer Marketing and Engagement. In these roles, Lydia has focused on enhancing the customer experience by understanding customer needs, identifying pain points, and fostering customer advocacy. Prior to ArcBest, Lydia was a Business Development Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing, where responsibilities included managing existing customer portfolios and driving new business initiatives. Lydia's career began at ArcBest in 2007 as a Moving Coordinator, followed by a foundational experience in Acosta's Leadership Development Program. Education includes a Growth Marketing Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
