Oleg Miroshnychenko

Oleg Miroshnychenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the call center and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Commercial Director at ARCE contact center since July 2014, Oleg previously held the position of Sales Director at Adelina Call Center from January 2007 to July 2014. Oleg also worked as a Project Manager for PR Agency New View in 2008, contributing to the IV Annual Call Centers&CRM Forum in Kiev. Earlier in Oleg's career, experience included the role of Sales Account Manager at the Utel branch of Ukrtelecom JSC from 2004 to 2006. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Evropejs'kij Universitet Financiv, Informacijnih Sistem, Menedment ta Bisnesu, obtained between 2007 and 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from International Christian University, completed in 2007.
