Toygan Pulat

Toygan Pulat is the Chief People Officer at Arçelik, the leading home appliances and consumer electronics company, operating in 145 countries across six continents. She leads a global Human Resources team overseeing geographies from APAC to North America and over 35,000 employees.

Toygan had a diverse career over two decades in global blue-chip companies across consumer goods, beauty and telecom. She joined Arçelik in June 2021 from Diageo, where she was executing in the regional leadership role of APAC. Toygan has been recognized in her career through her legacy of leading organizational and cultural transformation across fast growth markets.

Toygan graduated from İzmir High School, earned her BA in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University and her MBA from Bilkent University. She studied Human Resources Management in McMaster University in Canada.

She is married with twins. Through her regional roles, she lived across different geographies with her family, including Copenhagen, Hong Kong, Dubai and Singapore. She moved from Singapore to Istanbul in May 2021 to assume her role in Arçelik.

She is passionate about hiking, travelling and exploring international cultures.
