Ananya Maitra

Ananya Maitra is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Capex Finance & Controlling at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since September 2021, Ananya has also held the position of Treasurer at Ek Dharani since November 2020. Prior to this, Ananya was Vice President of Human Resources at Netscribes and worked as a Consultant for Ampersand Group. Ananya's previous notable role includes National Head of Syndication at Aditya Birla Finance Limited, where responsibilities included leading the Loan Syndication Business. A career spanning over two decades includes key positions at IL&FS Financial Services Ltd, Essar Steel Ltd, Hindalco Industries Ltd, Srei International Finance Ltd, and CD Equisearch Pvt Ltd. Ananya holds a Master of Business Management in Financial Management from the University of Calcutta and a B. Sc. in Physics (Hons) from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
