Celia Vizcaino Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at ArcelorMittal since November 2004, where roles have included Rail Mill Manager, CTO of Long Products AM Asturias, Maintenance Head for the Gijon Rail Mill, and Engineering Head for Steel Plant and Rolling Mill. Responsibilities have encompassed CAPEX and OPEX project management, investment studies, technology purchasing, and project development until commissioning. Celia also served as an Investment Project Leader, overseeing the development of basic and detailed engineering as well as project execution under the direction of a project manager. Prior to ArcelorMittal, Celia completed an internship in the Logistics Department at Robert Bosch GmbH. Educational qualifications include a Diplomarbeit in Kunststoff Technik from Technische Universität Clausthal and a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from E.P.S Gijon.
