Olga Shugaeva

Olga Shugaeva has extensive experience in project management and control, currently serving as Project Controls Chief at АрселорМиттал since October 2002. Previous roles include Project Manager, Improvement Specialist by BF&SP, and Strategy Specialist, showcasing a strong focus on continuous improvement and strategic planning. Prior to this, Olga was an Instrument Control Project Engineer and a lecturer at Карагандинский государственный индустриальный университет from June 1994 to October 2002. Olga holds a Master's degree in Electromechanical Drives and Automation of Technological Processes from Karaganda State Industrial University, earned between September 1989 and June 1994.
