Arcesium is seeking to hire a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing operations through the effective use of various tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HubSpot, Drift, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Neverbounce, and ABM tools such as Demand Base or Terminus. This role will involve analyzing marketing data, streamlining operations, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

What You’ll do:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for inbound marketing campaigns, lead nurturing etc.
  • Assist the HubSpot admin in day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operation and effective utilization of the platform.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and integrate with other marketing tools for seamless data flow.
  • Leverage enrichment tools for prospecting and enriching lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Help with onboarding and use of ABM tools to identify high-value accounts, personalize marketing efforts, and measure ABM campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
  • Maintain data hygiene by regularly auditing and cleaning marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing technology stack.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Drift, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and ABM tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
