Ben Goldberg

Ben is a Senior Vice President on the firm’s management team and serves as Arcesium’s General Counsel. Formerly Vice President & Counsel at D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P, he focused on technology, intellectual property, outsourcing, professional services, and other related contracts throughout his 10-year tenure. Prior to joining D. E. Shaw, Ben worked in-house at Barclays and as an associate at Robinson & Cole LLP.
