Following that, Craig worked at Quantum Metric as the Director of Web Platform & Strategy. Craig developed the vision and strategy for the company's flagship digital endpoints, improving user experiences through UX roadmap execution and web platform enhancements.
Currently, Craig holds the position of Head of Web Experience at Arcesium, where they lead web experience initiatives.
Outside of their professional career, Craig pursued their passion for travel, photography, and conservation through their personal venture, Kim + Craig.
