Laurel Hesch

Laurel is the Chief of Staff for Arcesium and also oversees Arcesium’s largest client relationship with D. E. Shaw. Prior to the founding of Arcesium, Laurel held roles within D.E. Shaw Group’s Treasury, Finance, and Operations departments. She joined Arcesium upon its launch as a Senior Vice President and Head of Operations. As a member of Senior Leadership Team, Laurel contributed to the company’s nascent growth, focusing on finance, strategic development, and human capital.
