Joseph Stclair

Joseph StClair, POPM, is a seasoned Systems Engineer currently providing SETA and SE&I services at Arcfield, with a focus on assured space communications and IT infrastructure. As the President and Founder of Biene Solutions Technology Inc. since 2011, Joseph has led numerous projects in business process management across various sectors including government and private organizations. Joseph's extensive experience includes roles such as Strategic Intelligence Analyst Team Lead for the US Army, Senior Solutions Architect at IBM, and BPM Program Manager at Boeing, among others. Joseph holds a BS in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA with a focus on Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.
