Paul Humes

Paul Humes is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Centil since September 2022, while also serving as the Owner of Wild Nature Play since September 2019. Humes has a strong background in educational program management, having held roles such as Summer Camp Director at Thorne Nature Experience, where revenue growth, camper satisfaction, and team development were prioritized. Additionally, Humes has experience as a School Programs Manager and Director of Operations at White Pine Wilderness Academy, focusing on environmental education and community engagement. Other roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at Slane Capital Partners and General Manager at Indy Hostel. Humes's career began with teaching and community organizing in the Peace Corps, coupled with military service in the Indiana Air National Guard. Humes holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Ball State University.
