Luke Helming

Luke Helming has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Luke started their career as a Customer Service Manager at Catalyst Performance Training and Spin Studio in 2015. Luke then worked as a Health Fitness Assistant and Morning Manager at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2016. In the same year, they became a Staff Director at ISX World.

In 2017, Luke served as an Assistant Manager at Stone l'oven Pizza Co. and later took on the role of Managing Director at Zakim Payments LLC.

From 2018 to 2019, Luke worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at Kennedy Brothers Physical Therapy and then moved on to become a Coach and Fitness Consultant at Orange Theory Fitness.

In 2019, Luke became the Head Coach at F45 Training and then transitioned to the role of Fitness Director at NFC Amenity Management starting in 2020.

Most recently, Luke joined Arch Amenities Group as the General Manager in 2022 and later took on the position of Wellness Director in 2023.

Luke Helming, B.S. has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Exercise Health Science from UMass Boston, a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology & English from the University of San Francisco, and a Diploma from Lawrence Academy. Luke also attended the Harvard Extension School and the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED Instruction, Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and CPR & AED.
