Bryan Poettker

Bryan Poettker has a strong background in the coal industry with over 20 years of experience. Bryan started their career at Ameren as a Project Engineer in 2000 and later became the General Executive of Coal Supply & Emissions in 2005. In this role, they were responsible for managing coal supply and emissions for the company. In 2010, Bryan joined Arch Coal, Inc. as the Director of Regional Sales. Bryan successfully marketed and sold Arch's thermal coal portfolio to a diverse range of clients across the United States. Additionally, Bryan served as the Vice President of Metallurgical Coal Sales at Arch Coal, where they were responsible for the marketing, sales, and contract management of Arch's metallurgical coal portfolio. Throughout their career, Bryan has developed and implemented effective market analysis and sales strategies to increase market share for the companies they have worked for.

Bryan Poettker earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1994 and 1997. Bryan then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Bryan Poettker obtained the certification of Licensed Professional Engineer from the State of Illinois and the State of Missouri in 2002.
