Jeremy Thompson

Jeremy Thompson has extensive experience in human resources and safety management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Safety Manager at Arch Resources, Inc. since May 2006. Jeremy's responsibilities include training employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors, as well as maintaining payroll and scheduling for three shifts. A steering team member of the Behavior Based Safety Process since 2010, Jeremy has also played an integral role in employee communications and safety monitoring. Prior to Arch Resources, Inc., Jeremy served as Security Police in the Air National Guard and as Military Police in the US Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from Wheeling University and two Associate’s Degrees in Mine Management and Business Administration from Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College.
