Tristan’s responsibilities include structuring and negotiating potential investments, raising capital, overseeing asset management and investor reporting, and undertaking new strategic initiatives at Arch Companies. She has a diverse real estate background that includes acquisitions, investment banking, asset brokerage and urban planning.
Tristan was previously the Director of Investments at Greystone Development and previously held various roles at Brookfield Financial, Health Care REIT and Wikstrom Economic & Planning Consultants. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and an Honors Bachelors of Science degree in Urban Planning from the University of Utah where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
