Raquel U. Rosa, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources. Started their career at HEB Grocery Company as a Benefits Administration Lead before becoming a Human Resources Assistant at Jacobs. Raquel then moved on to The Brandt Companies, LLC as the Human Resources Manager, and later joined ArchPoint as the Manager of HR & Administration. Currently, Raquel serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Arch-Con® Corporation, where Raquel started as the first human resources professional reporting to the CFO and worked their way up from Director of Human Resources. Raquel has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of the Incarnate Word.
