Jennifer Vosti

Jennifer Vosti is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as the HR Manager at ARCH since October 2019, Jennifer educates and advises employees and management on HR-related inquiries and policies while coaching leaders in employee relations resolutions. Previously, Jennifer worked at TargetCW as a Benefits Analyst and HR Account Manager, where responsibilities included advising on health plans, educating employees on benefits, and managing client relationships. Additional experience includes roles as Social Services Director at Compass Health and Behavioral Therapist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. Jennifer began their career as a Make-up Artist at MAC Cosmetics. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, San Marcos.
