Jason Doren

Jason Doren is the current General Counsel at Arch Venture Partners. Jason has extensive experience in the legal field, having served as Chief Administrative Officer at Kleiner Perkins from August 2018 to October 2019, and as General Counsel and SVB Capital from December 2006 to August 2018. In their role at SVB Capital, Jason was responsible for legal and regulatory matters, as well as leading a team of internal lawyers and external counsel.

Jason has also been involved in business development, heading SVB’s government advocacy related to federal banking regulations, and public policy matters relevant to the innovation economy. Jason’s experience in both the legal field and in business makes him an ideal candidate for the position of General Counsel at Arch Venture Partners.

Jason Doren attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Investments. Jason then attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law.
