Krzysztof Jelski

Krzysztof Jelski has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Krzysztof is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Archblock since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at TrustToken, starting in September 2021.

Before their roles as VP of Engineering, Krzysztof worked at ETHWORKS as the CTO from April 2019 to September 2021. Additionally, they served as a Principal Software Engineer at the same company from December 2018 to March 2019.

Earlier in their career, Krzysztof worked at Pragmatists as the Head of Training from January 2016 to December 2018. In this role, they focused on delivering trainings, e-learning, and mentoring services to IT teams, with a vision of software delivery teams acting as professionals and creating clean and maintainable code. Krzysztof also held the position of Software Developer & Agile Coach at Pragmatists from June 2009 to December 2015, where they aimed to ensure top-quality software development using agile approaches.

Prior to their time at Pragmatists, Krzysztof worked at Exorigo as a Software Developer and later as a Java Team Lead from June 2007 to October 2008. Krzysztof also gained experience as an Application Developer at EKO-7 (e-dziennik.com.pl) from May 2006 to June 2007, focusing on PHP development and automation of text transformation tasks in Ruby. Krzysztof'scareer also includes a role as an Application Developer at Merinosoft sp. z o. o. from July 2004 to April 2006.

Krzysztof Jelski has a diverse educational background in various fields. From 2001 to 2005, they attended the Warsaw University of Technology, where they obtained their MSc Eng in Computer Science. Concurrently, from 2001 to 2007, they pursued their MA in Psychology at the University of Warsaw.
