Carlos Diaz

Carlos Diaz is a highly experienced human resources professional with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Archcare since February 2011, Carlos focuses on employment, labor relations, and employee relations services. Previous roles include Director and Manager of Human Resources at Cardinal Health, Inc., where support was provided for the largest distribution center in the Northeast, and Human Resources Manager at Pearson Education, overseeing HR for multiple business units with significant revenue. Carlos also has a strong background with organizations such as New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, Patient Care, Inc., New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and Tower Records. Education includes a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Baruch College and ongoing graduate studies in Human Resources Management at Keller Graduate School of Management.
