Cindy Ruiz, MBA, has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Sharp HealthCare since May 2016. Previous roles include positions as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Generalist II at Sharp HealthCare, as well as Staff Development Specialist and Departmental Human Resources Officer for the County of San Diego. Cindy's career also includes experience as a Human Resources Manager at Partnerships With Industry and as an HR Executive Team Leader at Target. Cindy holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
