Gina Esposito's work experience includes various roles in the healthcare industry. Gina started their career in 2006 as an RN at Northwell Health, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they served as a Faculty Member at Education Affiliates. In 2016, they joined ArchCare and held multiple positions, including Director of Staff Development, Assistant Director of Nursing, Infection Preventionist & Wound care RN, RN Infectional Control Coordinator, and Director of Nursing Services. Gina then became the Chief Clinical Officer in 2022 and is currently serving as the Administrator.

Gina Esposito has a strong educational background in nursing. Gina earned a Master's Degree in Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies in 2010. Gina also holds an AAS (Associate of Applied Science) degree in Nursing from City University of New York-College of Staten Island, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.

In terms of certifications, Gina obtained a Wound Care Certified (WCC) credential from the National Alliance of Wound Care & Ostomy® (NAWCO®) in October 2018. Additionally, they completed infection control training through APIC (Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology) in July 2018. Lastly, Gina acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in February 2018.

Currently, Gina is pursuing a Nursing Home Administrator's Certificate from Saint Joseph's College. Their expected completion date for this program is in 2022.
