Charlie Pavlovsky has over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Charlie served as the Director of Human Resources for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, where they collaborated with leadership on the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes. In their role, they also managed the self-insured benefit plans and provided support throughout the employee life cycle. Prior to that, Charlie was the Director of Volunteer Services at Southeast Missouri Hospital, overseeing a team of 500 volunteers and managing the hospital gift shop. Charlie also served as the Human Resources Manager at TG Missouri, where they were responsible for strategic planning, payroll functions, employee handbooks, and training. Charlie's experience also includes serving as the VP of Human Resources and Ancillary Departments at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital, where they advised on possible litigation and resolved employment discrimination issues. Charlie began their career at Perry County Memorial Hospital as the Director of Human Resources, where they managed HR and payroll functions and implemented software to improve efficiency and accuracy. Throughout their career, Charlie has demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training, benefit administration, employee development, and employee relations.
Charlie Pavlovsky earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Philosophy from the University of Houston. Afterward, they pursued a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from Webster University, which they completed from 1995 to 2008. Charlie furthered their education by obtaining another Masters degree in Human Resources from Webster University, which they completed from 2007 to 2013.
