Meg Kelly

Meg Kelly, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Archdiocese of Hartford, providing strategic HR support to a vast workforce of 3,500 employees across numerous parishes and schools. Previously, Meg worked as an Employee Relations Consultant at Travelers, participating in a comprehensive HR leadership development program. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Talent and Career Development at Propark Mobility, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle talent acquisition and pre-onboarding processes, as well as previous roles as a Corporate Human Resources Generalist and Associate Generalist. Meg holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
