Jorge Flores-Femat

Jorge Flores-Femat is currently the Manager at the Archdiocese of San Antonio, where Jorge advises pastors on creative strategies and coordinates significant events. Jorge also assists with Spanish Masses and reviews Spanish liturgy materials. With a background in event planning and ministry work, Jorge has organized a variety of events, from Catholic concerts to international business conferences. Jorge has also taught classes on human behavior and conflict management, as well as coordinated events such as the V Encuentro. With a strong educational background in organizational development and human resources, Jorge has a wealth of experience in consulting and teaching in these areas.
