Brandon Rothkopf

Director Of The Office Of Risk Management at Archdiocese of St. Louis

Brandon Rothkopf has extensive experience as an attorney, with a focus on real estate and commercial litigation. Brandon started their career at Buckley & Buckley, P.C. where they defended insureds in personal liability cases and represented manufacturers in asbestos-related litigation. Brandon then joined Sauerwein Simon, P.C. as an attorney, where they represented businesses, lenders, and individuals in a variety of real estate and commercial litigation matters.

In 2012, Rothkopf served as General Counsel for Provision Data Solutions and Rothkopf & Associates, Inc., providing legal support for both companies in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, contract review, and collections.

Brandon later joined Millsap & Singer, LLC as an Attorney, handling real estate-related litigation and commercial cases for private clients. Brandon then moved to Shapiro & Kreisman, LLC as a Litigation Attorney, representing national lenders in various litigation matters.

Since 2014, Rothkopf has been working at the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Brandon initially joined as an Associate General Counsel, responsible for handling real estate, local tax, and corporate law matters. Currently, they serve as the Director of the Office of Risk Management, where they oversee the management of risks within the organization.

Brandon Rothkopf earned their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Ave Maria School of Law, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Theology with honors (cum laude) from Franciscan University of Steubenville, from 1996 to 2000.
