Giao Ngo is an experienced program manager currently working at ARCHE Advisors since November 2022. Previously, Giao held the position of Responsible Sourcing Specialist - Social Responsibility Consultant/Auditor at Responsible Sourcing Professional from August 2018 to February 2023, managing audit processes and educating suppliers. At TÜV Rheinland Group, Giao served as North America CSR Services Manager from March 2016 to July 2018, focusing on program analysis and development. Prior roles include General Manager, Asia at UL, overseeing operations and a diverse team, and Regional Manager, China at Specialized Technology Resources, responsible for social accountability assessments and team management. Giao also contributed to the establishment of a Supply Chain consulting division at Specialized Technology Resources from 1998 to 2005. Giao holds a BA in Anthropology and Political Theory from UC San Diego.
