Hans also serves as an Arche Social Auditor at ARCHE Advisors, conducting Code of Conduct and Human Rights social audits. Prior roles include Quality & CSR Manager at Skagerak Denmark A/S, where responsibilities encompassed FSC and EUTR compliance and UN Global Compact reporting, Technical Manager at William E. Connor & Associates Ltd., and various positions related to furniture sourcing and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include certifications in social compliance audits, lead auditing for FSC Chain of Custody, and corporate social responsibility.
