Ananth Sivagnanam has a wealth of experience in the software engineering and customer success industries. In 2021, they began working as the Vice President of Customer Success at archents, where they partner closely with the sales teams to engage with customers and define goals, and represents the voice of the customer within the organisation. Prior to this, they were the Account Director at archents, where they engaged and grew accounts with Contract logistics provider, GXO Logistics, Inc. and Global transportation provider, XPO Logistics, Inc. In 2020, they worked as the New Product Development Manager at Troy Consultancy. In 2018, they were a Product Development Consultant at Yedla Hotels. From 2016-2017, they were the Senior Delivery Manager at archents, where they consulted with some of USA based corporate giants, such as XPO Logistics, Inc. and Realogy Holdings Corp. In 2017, they were the Senior Software Engineering Consultant at ZapLabs LLC, where they proffered software engineering ways to Realogy Holdings Corp. and defined and implemented software delivery pipelines for ZapLabs LLC. Ananth was also the Digital Consultant at Gabicci India in 2017, and the Senior Software Engineering Consultant at XPO Logistics, Inc. in 2016. Additionally, they were the New Product Development Manager at Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) in 2016. In 2016, they co-founded Diverse Brains Life Solutions, where they partnered with RYLA, Tiruchirappalli and MoU with tier-2/3 colleges for students and faculty development.

Ananth Sivagnanam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University between 1996 and 2000. Ananth also obtained a SAFe 4 Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2020.
