Edgar Medina

Edgar Medina currently serves as the Plant Manager at Ridley Block Operations since September 2022 and has previously held the role of Assistant Plant Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Edgar worked at Ardent Mills from March 2015, progressing through positions such as Production Scheduler, Production Supervisor, and Assistant Plant Manager. Educationally, Edgar attended McHenry County College from 2013 to 2016.
